Seattle Center Foundation
A nonprofit to support Seattle Center.

Since 1977, Seattle Center Foundation has worked with Seattle Center to reflect the 1962 World’s Fair’s mission of inspiration, innovation and imagination.

With the Foundation’s help, Seattle’s premier urban park has been able to celebrate it’s iconic past and create new cultural centers including the Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, International Fountain and Fisher Pavilion. Seattle Center Foundation helped bring to life landmark art such as the Center’s Olympic Iliad, Moon Gates, Fountain of Seseragi and Poetry Garden.

Serving over 12 million visits a year, free and accessible programming is key to the mission of Seattle Center. Seattle Center Foundation annually supports vital community programs serving youth and underserved groups through groundbreaking programs such as Sharing Gift Box, Teen Tix, Whirligig, Winterfest and Movies at the Mural insuring that income is not a barrier to experiencing the Seattle Center.
